The Website provides general information about Rancho Trailers, the food trailers we design and build, our base prices and specifications, and our in-house financing.

2. Prices

Prices shown on the Website are base prices in U.S. dollars, current as of the date shown, and may change without notice. The base price includes only the items listed as included. The hood, fire suppression system, cooking equipment, BBQ porch, custom options, delivery are extra. Your final price is the one stated in your written quote or sales agreement.

3. Specifications, Photos and Build Times

Specifications and weights are approximate and may vary depending on the configuration of each trailer. Photos show past projects and are for illustration only. Build times (for example, 4–6 weeks) are estimates, not guarantees; your delivery date is confirmed in writing.

4. Quotes and Purchases

A quote request or inquiry submitted through the Website does not create a purchase agreement, reserve a production slot, or guarantee a price or delivery date. Every purchase is governed by a separate written sales agreement, which controls deposits, payments, cancellations, delivery and warranty. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

5. Financing

Financing is offered in-house by Rancho Trailers and is subject to review and approval. Down payment amounts shown on the Website are starting amounts. The final down payment, payment amount, term and other conditions are confirmed in your written financing agreement. Rancho Trailers does not guarantee financing approval.

6. Permits and Inspections

We build trailers designed to meet common health and fire department requirements. However, requirements vary by city, county and state, and final approval is made by the local authorities. You are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses and inspections, and for confirming local requirements for your menu and location before placing your order.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may include links to or features from third parties, such as Google Maps, Google Reviews and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
