Equipment you can add (quoted separately):
Hood and fire suppression system (only if you cook with open flame or grease), flat-top griddle, fryers, stove, undercounter refrigerator, freezer, prep table and more.

The Land Rancho XL is our 8x14 ft food trailer: a little more room to work comfortably while keeping the convenience of a smaller trailer. It fits 2 people with space for a simple cook line.
